What is a parent account in CMP?

A parent account is the main account that owns SIMs, plans, billing, and overall configuration. It can contain one or more Sub-Accounts and has full visibility and administrative control.

What are sub-accounts used for?

Sub-accounts are used to logically separate SIMs, usage, and costs. They are commonly used to represent customers, business units, regions, or projects while remaining under one parent account.

Can I view all sub-accounts together?

Yes. When logged in to a parent account, you can choose to include sub-accounts in dashboards and reports to see consolidated data.

Can users access multiple accounts?

Yes. Users with the appropriate permissions can switch between accounts they are assigned to without logging out.

What is “Login on Behalf”?

The Login on Behalf feature allows authorized parent-account administrators to access a sub-account directly for troubleshooting or support purpose

How are user permissions managed?

Permissions are controlled through User Roles, which define which menus, actions, and data a user can access (for example, SIM actions, billing, or reports)
